Who can use a Vodafone Smart SIM connected device?

Vodafone Smart SIM (also known as the V-Sim by Vodafone) is available to most Vodafone customers as well as customers on other mobile networks. The only difference is the way you pay for your Smart SIM subscription here are the different options:

Vodafone Pay monthly customers can pay for their subscription using their monthly bill.
Vodafone Pay as you go customers can pay for their Smart SIM subscription using their credit.
VOXI customers can pay for their Smart SIM subscription using their credit.
All other customers can pay for their Smart SIM subscription using a credit or debit card
