What is Curve?

Curve is a smart tracker. It’s got 4 different types of tracking technology for a more reliable connection to your favourite things. There’s a smart SIM card inside it, too. Which means it can update your phone with location info, even if what you need to find is far away.

Smart SIM works in over 90 countries. Battery life dependent on tracking mode. Connectivity subscription required and Terms apply. See FAQs for more info
What can I track with Curve?

Almost anything. Curve comes with a handy keyring accessory, so you can attach it to whatever you like. You can track your keys, pets or your favourite bag. Plus, Curve can have up to 9 guests added to its profile in the Vodafone Smart App, great for dog parents or a group wanting to track the same thing, like a family car.

Restrictions around addition of contacts may apply. See FAQs for more information.
Smart location tracking

Curve uses 4 different tracking technologies; GPS, Wi-Fi, Cellular and Bluetooth so even if you’re at home or outside, you’ll have a reliable connection to whatever you’re trying to find. Plus, you can choose to watch Curve move in Realtime in the app. It’ll update it’s location every 3-5 seconds for a maximum period of 15 minutes at a time, to help save battery.

Battery life dependent on tracking mode. See FAQs for more information.
Smart SIM connectivity

Bluetooth-only trackers are great for finding things very close by like your keys or TV remote, but they have limited range and most of the time, can’t be used too far from your smartphone. Curve uses the Vodafone Smart SIM to connect to our global network so even if you’re far away from what you need to find, it’ll still be able to send you updates.

Smart SIM works in over 90 countries. Connectivity subscription required and Terms apply. See FAQs for more info.
Beep to Find & Bluetooth Proximity

Curve uses Bluetooth and Beep to Find which makes it easier to find things that could be close by, like your keys or bag. You can use these handy finding features when your phone is within Bluetooth range of Curve (approximately 15m). So, if you lose Curve down the back of the sofa, it’ll pinpoint its location to under 5m and you can use the app to make it beep and find it faster.

Quick Alerts

Curve’s Quick Alert button is another way for the tracker and app to communicate with each other. When you press the button on the tracker for 3 seconds, it sends a location update to the Vodafone Smart App on your phone. This way, loved ones can send location updates to you at the touch of button. Plus, you can add up to 9 guests in the app, so friends and family get the same updates as you.

Restrictions around addition of contacts may apply. Subject to Vodafone network coverage and GPS signal. Connectivity subscription required and Terms apply. See FAQs for more information.
Zones

Personalise your experience by setting up your own Zones for Curve. Zones are the virtual boundaries around a location of your choice. They’re easy to set up, just head to the Vodafone Smart App and type in the address of your chosen area. Then, if Curve enters or leaves these areas, you’ll get a notification.

Zone notification frequency dependant on tracking mode. Subject to Vodafone network coverage and GPS signal. For land based tracking only.
